• We built a simple, connected onboarding app using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• When HR adds a new hire, every department can instantly see what needs to be done. Their tasks appear based on the role and location.
• Power Automate takes care of sending reminders, access requests, and approvals without anyone needing to chase them.
• To keep things transparent, we connected to Power BI, so that HR can check live progress across different teams. The updates also pop up right inside Microsoft Teams, which made the collaboration feel effortless.

• After rolling it out, the onboarding became almost 60% faster.
